Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer a flat rate of $8.00 for all domestic orders, shipped via UPS. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after processing.
Subi Subscribers Active Subi subscribers enjoy free shipping on their subscription orders. This benefit is automatically applied at checkout.
International Shipping We ship internationally via UPS. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order details and destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If an order is shipped from PNP to an incorrect address that you as the customer provided, you as the customer will be responsible to repay for reshipping. We WILL NOT assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer. PNP WILL NOT assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
PNP is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with USPS or UPS shipping
- International Duties or Customs Charges

If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, PNP IS NOT responsible. This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service or your local law enforcement.
